  1. Walk along

    Half a day with your pickers. Where do they walk, search and double back?

  2. Measure

    Order lines, picks per item, your floor plan and your location codes.

  3. Calculate

    The current walking route against a new layout, in metres and hours per week.

  4. Re-slot

    A plan per location, with quick wins and a moving sequence.

  5. Sustain

    After four to six weeks we measure whether it works. Part of guidance and follow-up measurement.
