What you may be wondering

Racking inspections, structural advice and changes to your ERP or WMS fall outside the advice.

Does the warehouse have to stop?

No. We walk along during a normal working day, because that is exactly when we see where people walk, search and double back. We follow your house rules and agree beforehand when it suits you.

What do I need to provide?

An export of your order lines (order, item, quantity, date and location), a list of items per location and a floor plan showing the racks, aisles and dock doors. No floor plan? Then we can make one for you.

We have no exportable data. Can it still work?

Yes, but with advice on the floor: we then map the situation on site. That takes more time, which you will see in the proposal. Online advice only works with exportable data.

What happens to my data?

For the analysis we do not need customer names, addresses or prices, only movement data. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement. How long we keep data and why is explained in the privacy statement.

Does it work with my ERP or WMS?

Yes. We only recommend what your system can do. The first gains are often in the layout and the location coding, which you can change yourself. Anything your system supplier needs to change is listed separately in the plan.

Which warehouses is this for?

For small and medium-sized warehouses where picking is done by hand, from shelving to pallet racking. For very large warehouses, roughly above 15,000 items, we first schedule an intake meeting.

Can you guarantee savings?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. We work with a range and state which assumptions it includes. If you want to be sure it works, choose guidance and follow-up measurement: after 4 to 6 weeks we measure it.

What exactly falls outside the advice?

Our advice covers logistics efficiency: layout, walking routes, location coding and picking method. Racking inspections and structural advice, such as load capacity, anchoring, aisle widths and escape routes, fall outside it; have changes to racking checked by a certified racking inspector. Changes to your ERP or WMS are made by your system supplier. You carry out the re-slotting yourself with your own team, unless you choose guidance and follow-up measurement: then we help.
